GriffEnergy's workmanship warranty and any extended warranty program available to you are described in your proposal and agreement. Only the warranties set out in those documents and by the manufacturers apply to your system.

How long a battery can power your home during an outage depends on its capacity, its charge level when the outage starts, the appliances you run and whether solar panels can recharge it. Battery systems are not designed or intended to power medical, life-support or other life-safety equipment.
